How do I book?

- Choose a date and time and pay deposit to secure your booking (unless using a gift voucher)
- If booking a date using a gift voucher please call quoting your Gift Voucher type and voucher number.
- Making a booking means accepting our terms and conditions
- When your date and time have been confirmed we will send you a confirmation letter with your booking details and backing track if it has been chosen.
What if I want to book a certain date but haven’t chosen my song?
You can still book a date even if you’ve not yet chosen your song. It’s best to let us know though as soon as you have chosen your song and we can send the track out to you to maximise the time you have to practice.
Is it necessary to practice with the backing track before the day of the recording?
We do strongly recommend practicing as much as possible before you come to the studio to get best results. It means that the time in the studio is more quality time rather than hearing the track for the first time in the studio. It does feel different from singing along with the CD of the original artist!
Is there a deposit?
There is a £25 - £50 deposit to confirm bookings for most packages (payable over the phone on 0141 570 1312) unless using a gift voucher, and the rest is payable on the day. BaseTrack is payable in full at the time of booking.
How Do I pay?
You can pay by credit or debit card over the phone on 0141 570 1312 (Most major cards are accepted) or pay by direct bank transfer or cheque – please call for details. There are no card facilities at the studio so if paying the balance by card please call the office number 0141 570 1312 a few days beforehand to pay the balance over the phone. Otherwise the balance can be paid by cash or cheque on the day at the studio.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, most major cards are accepted.
Can I bring any friends or family to watch?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring someone along with you. If it’s for more than four people to come along with you please call beforehand to check.
When do I get my recording?
The CD is ready to take away on the day, and the CD cover will be sent through the post shortly afterwards. For DVDs, we spend a number of hours editing after the event – so the DVD is sent out by post usually within 10 days.
Can I order extra CDs or DVDs?
Complete with covers and UK postage, all CDs or DVDs can be ordered as fully-licensed additional copies at £3.50 per CD, £5 per Photo DVD and £6 per DVD.
